• Firefighters responded to South Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard to a report of wires down. They found a power line down in the parking lot of Muckalee Park.
• Firefighters responded to Sharon Drive to a report of a smoke detector chirping. They changed the battery.
• Firefighters responded to Hawkins Street to assist someone who was locked out of their apartment.
• Firefighters responded to a vehicle fire on Railroad Street which is under investigation.
• Firefighters responded to a smoke alarm on Beale Street.  They replaced the batteries.

• Firefighters responded to traffic accident on County Line Snead Road, which was canceled en route.
• Firefighters responded to a traffic accident on U.S. Highway 280 West.
• Firefighters responded to with automatic aid to a structure fire on Howell Street in Leslie.
• Firefighters provided trucks for a public safety education event at Ga. Highway 49 North and New Era Road.
• Firefighters responded to a traffic accident at Hooks Mill and Old Hooks roads.
• Firefighters responded to a traffic accident on Ga. Highway 49 North.
• Firefighters responded to a trash fire on Flintside Drive.
• Firefighters responded to an alarm on Sullivan Drive caused by a malfunction.
• Firefighters responded to Ga. Highway 49 South and Arch Helms Road to a report of a woods fire. It turned out to be an authorized burn.

• Firefighters responded to a traffic accident at Middle River and District Line roads.
• Firefighters responded to North Beauchamp Road where they controlled a woods fire from spreading to homes. Georgia Forestry cut a fire break and Sumter County soaked the area.
