• Wade Battle, 53, of 228 Wilson Battle Road, Leslie is charged with misdemeanor theft by taking and aggravated assault, and was jailed.
• David C. Bell, 54, of 213 Forestside Drive, Americus is charged with failure to obey stop sign, failure to report accident, and DUI, and was jailed.
• Antonio D. Binn, 32, of 4117 Ga. Highway 41 North, Preston is charged with misdemeanor failure to appear in court for finger printable charge, and was jailed.
• Thomas J. Blasingame, 25, of 122 Jasmine Drive, Americus is charged with aggravated assault, cruelty to children (third degree or third or subsequent offense), and misdemeanor battery (Family Violence Act), and was jailed.
• Marquis D. Bonner, 20, of Columbus is charged with felony first-degree burglary, and was jailed.
