PLAINS — On Saturday, Aug. 19, friends and family will join the staff of the Jimmy Carter National Historic Site in celebration of Rosalynn Carter’s 90th birthday with a summer jazz concert performed by the St. Genevieve High School Jazz Band from Los Angeles (Panorama City), California.
The Friends of Jimmy Carter National Historic Site and Plains Better Hometown are sponsors of this event. The concert will be held beginning at 7:15 p.m. in the auditorium of Plains High School.
