MACON — Mr. Juan Antonio Guerrero, age 18, passed away on Saturday, April 21, 2018, at The Medical Center of Central Georgia in Macon.

Funeral services are planned for 4 p.m. on Tuesday, April 24, in the chapel of Hancock Funeral Home, 427 S. Lee St., with the Rev. Brooks Partain officiating. Burial will follow in Oak Grove Cemetery.

The family received friends on Monday evening, April 23, at Hancock Funeral Home, and at other times at the family home, 11 Blan Wall Road in Ellaville.

Born Jan. 20, 2000, in Fort Myers, Fla., he was a son of Jorge Antonio Guerrero and Katy Elizabeth Holt. He attended school in the Schley County School System.

Survivors include his parents, Jorge Antonio Guerrero and Katy Elizabeth Holt; grandparents, Antonio Guerrero and Alisia Guerrero; brother, Carlos Guerrero; sisters: Brittany Jones, Courtney Jones, Elizabeth Guerrero, and Alicia Guerrero; special uncle William Daniel Conner; and many uncles, aunts and cousins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, William Henry Holt and Julia Ann Conner; and by his brother, Aaron Holt.
