Friendship Missionary Baptist Church
The Kitchen of Hope at Friendship Missionary Baptist Church Shelter, 407 Cotton Ave., feeds the homeless from noon-1:30 p.m. July 4, sponsored by Rachel Trice, the Christmas in July Luncheon offers catered meals or dine-in meals. Americus Pentecostal Church
Annual revival services are at 7:30 p.m. July 2-6.

Perry Grove Baptist Church

Ebenezer Baptist Church
Everyone is invited to the Outreach Missionary Fellowship Program at 5 p.m. June 30. Special guests are Pastor Charles McDonald, formerly of Macon County, along with his choir.

St. Paul A.M.E. Church
The 20th Pastor’s Anniversary is celebrated at 2:30 p.m. July 8. Guest speaker is the Rev. George Frank Monts Jr. of Plains. The public is invited.

Antioch Missionary Baptist Church
24/7 Jesus Makes a Way Every Day is the theme of Vacation Bible School from 6-8 p.m. July 9-12. Doors open at 5 p.m. for drop off. Free transportation will be available by call Cynthia Maddox at (229) 938-6224 or David Laster at (229) 942-2667. Closing program is Thursday night.

Mount Pleasant Baptist Church
On July 1, Men and Women’s Day is observed with Sunday school at 10 a.m. and morning worship at 11 a.m. Men and Women’s Day.
The annual revival is at 7:30 p.m. July 31-Aug. 2 with Pastor Colby McKenzie as preacher. July 31 features the Mount Olive Choir; Aug. 1, St. Mark; and Aug. 2, Choir, Mount Zion Baptist.
On Aug. 5, the church and pastor’s anniversaries are observed. Sunday School is at 10 a.m. and worship is at 11 a.m. with Pastor Jacob Franklin and New Life Christian Ministry in charge.

Mahalia Chapel A.M.E. Church
Annual Homecoming is celebrated at 2:30 p.m. July 22 when the Rev. Norris B. Harris brings the message.
