With 100 percent of all precincts reporting, republican candidate Herman West Jr. has won in Marion County over incumbent democratic candidate Sanford Bishop in the US House of Representatives District 2 race. West tallied 1,720 votes and Bishop tallied 1,167. That is 59.58 percent for West and 40.42 percent for Bishop.
