The Americus Police Department’s Investigations Division solicits law enforcement’s and the public assistance in locating the following wanted person.

Lee Merritt is described as 5’06 inches tall, weighing approximately 140 pounds. He is wanted in connection with the robbery of the Dollar General Store, 805 Adderton St., Americus, on Feb. 11.
