The Women’s Ministry has its annual Women Day Program at 11 a.m. March 10. Theme is “Breaking Free from the Yoke of Bondage” and Minister Frankie Freeman of First Monumental Faith Missionary Baptist Church, Albany, is speaker.

Piney Grove #3 Baptist Church
The church celebrates its 120th anniversary culminating at 11 a.m. March 10. Theme is “One Body in Christ, on One Accord.”

First Baptist Church
Discover how God is using Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes around the world to change lives when Pastor Mark and Cherry Brumbelow of Grace Baptist Church, Wild Peach, Texas, speak at 7 p.m. March 14. Their small church packed over 8,000 shoeboxes in 2017, even after Hurricane Harvey struck their community. Through their travels and ministry, they have brought hope and joy to children worldwide in spite of tragedy.

Christians on a Mission Deliverance Center
The 20th Pastor Appreciation is observed in March, with the following schedule: 7 p.m. March 13. Pastor Michael Edge and William Grove Baptist Church; 7 p.m. March 18, Pastor George Monts with Whole Truth Ministries and Zion Hope Baptist Church; 7 p.m. March 19, Pastor George Edge and Restoration Church of Americus; 7 p.m. March 20, Dr. Pamela Miller and Majestic Kingdom Embassy of Camilla. Appreciation services culminate at 9:45 a.m. March 24 with Dr. Timothy L. Miller Sr. of Camilla. Everyone is invited.

Healing Temple Ministries
The Gospel Two 6th Anniversary is at 4 p.m. March 10 with the Mighty Zion Trumpets of Macon is one of the guest groups. Everyone is invited.

Allen Chapel A.M.E. Church
Women’s Day celebration is at 11 a.m. March 31 during the morning worship service. Theme is “Queen Status Living Your Best Life through Christ.” Colors are black, white, and yellow. Carla Heath Sands of WALB-TV news is guest speaker. Everyone is invited, and dinner will be served.

Deacon and Deaconess Anniversary is celebrated during the 11 a.m. worship service on March 10.

St. Paul A.M.E. Church
The choir anniversary is celebrated at 3 p.m. March 10. Each choir is asked to render an A&B selection. Light refreshments will be served.

SMITHVILLE
New Hope A.M.E. Church
Family, Friends and Guests Day is observed at 11 a.m. March 17 during morning worship when Minister Albert Hayslip of Mount Hope Missionary Baptist Church of Lee County brings the message. Sunday school starts at 10 a.m.
