The City of Americus Mayor and Council along with the Emergency Management and Administration are actively monitoring COVID-19 (Coronavirus) activity and reports.

It is our priority to ensure the safety of our employees and our citizens during this time.

At this time, the City of Americus offices will remain open until further notice.  There are several available options for paying your city utility bills or other city bills which include online payments, mail and our drive thru location at the Customer Service Center.  

In order to protect our employees from unnecessary exposure and to cooperate with State and National measures to control and contain COVID-19, we are asking that you discourage family and friends from unnecessary visits to City facilities during this time.  Your cooperation in this is greatly appreciated by all employees and administration.
