• Ming Garden, 1206 Crawford St., Suite E, Americus — 4-26-19 — score: 96
— Observed bulk containers of ingredients (flour, corn starch, sugar) not clearly labeled with the common names. Person in charge to label containers clearly and
legibly in English with the common name.
• McDonald’s Restaurant, 1310 E. Lamar St., Americus — 4-24-19 —
score: 99
— Observed single-service plates and lids stored face up. Person in charge is to ensure that single-service plates and lids are stored face down to prevent contamination.

ELLAVILLE — The following food service inspections were recently conducted by Environmental Health, Schley County Health Department.
• Subway, 103 Oglethorpe Ave., Ellaville — 4-12-19 — score: 98
— Observed food service permit not displayed for public viewing. Person
in charge is to post food service permit.
— Observed scoop stored in food with handle down in the food (chicken). Person in
charge is to store scoops with handles above/out of the foods.
